Approved amounts include 21% VAT. Included pipe lengths and extras are itemised in the quote. Unpriced equipment, multisplit, ducted and special work require assessment. Availability, exact revision, scope, payment and date are confirmed in writing before contracting.
New consumer goods have a three-year legal conformity guarantee. Distance contracts generally allow 14 days for withdrawal, subject to legal exceptions. Starting services early requires an express request and does not automatically waive withdrawal rights.
