Contact details, the work address and request information are used to reply and prepare a quotation on a pre-contractual basis. Both channels save the request in Firebase/Google. If you choose email, we review the request in our panel and reply manually to the address provided; you do not need to open a mail application. Automatic owner notifications are disabled. For WhatsApp, a message is prepared in WhatsApp/Meta: you decide whether to send it. Opening WhatsApp does not confirm delivery. No marketing subscription is created.
The controller is the proprietor identified in this notice. A request requires your name and the chosen contact channel: a telephone number for WhatsApp or an email address for E-mail. The work address and comments are optional. Without the required contact details we cannot reply. Processing is based on pre-contractual steps at your request (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)); if you place an order, also on contract performance and legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)). Technical abuse prevention serves the legitimate interest of protecting the service (Article 6(1)(f)). We do not make decisions with legal effects based solely on automated processing.
Google/Firebase provides hosting, the database, authentication and technical protection. Google Gmail is temporarily used for email correspondence. Internal access is restricted to authorised personnel. WhatsApp/Meta applies its own terms when you choose that channel. We do not sell data. Disclosures to authorities are limited to legal obligations. If a provider processes data outside the EEA, an adequacy decision or other valid safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, must apply; information about the applicable safeguards can be requested through the stated contact.
Requests that do not result in a contract are kept for up to 12 months after the last contact and then reviewed for deletion, unless a legal duty or unresolved claim requires retention. Necessary order data is retained during the relationship and for applicable statutory periods; business documents covered by Article 30 of the Spanish Commercial Code are retained for six years after the last accounting entry. Data needed for liabilities is blocked or access-restricted where required. This policy does not mean automatic deletion of tax, warranty or claims records.
